What Qrankr is

Qrankr provides interview-preparation content (questions, guidance, skill tags) and tools such as Practice Mode and the Interview Guide Builder, for both candidates and interviewers.

Informational purpose — not professional advice

The Service is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute career, recruiting, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and it is not a guarantee of any interview outcome, job offer, or hiring decision. You are responsible for how you use the content, including any hiring decisions you make.

AI-generated feedback

The optional AI feedback feature produces automated, machine-generated output that may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. Treat it as a practice aid, not as authoritative evaluation, and apply your own judgment. Don’t submit sensitive personal information when using it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• scrape, bulk-download, or systematically extract the content, or attempt to circumvent rate limits or technical protections;
• abuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt the Service or its automated features (including the AI feedback endpoint);
• resell, redistribute, or republish the content as your own or as a competing product.

Your content

Text you type into the Service (such as a practice answer) remains yours. By submitting it for AI feedback, you grant us and our AI provider permission to process it for the purpose of generating that feedback. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Intellectual property

The Service and its content are owned by Qrankr or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for your own interview preparation or interviewing — including exporting an interview guide for your own use. All other rights are reserved.

No warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content or AI output will be accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qrankr and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of the Service is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
